Common errors & troubleshooting

Receiving can't match cartons to the DESADV

Cause: SSCC was reassigned after the DESADV was transmitted due to a late repack.

Fix: Finalize and lock SSCC assignment before DESADV transmission, or send a corrective message if repacking is unavoidable.
